All’assaggio è aromatico, molto avvolgente, con un sorso caratterizzato da un gusto minerale e da un tannino morbido e ben lavorato.

50% Sirah 50% Mourvèdres from 40-year-old vines grown on clayey calcareous soils with the presence of active limestone, at altitudes of approximately 300/350 m above sea level; after the manual harvest of the grapes, to best preserve the integrity of the bunches, which are then fermented as a whole bunch in 40 hl wooden barrels. Maximum respect for the fruit and the wine, to which nothing chemical is added or removed. The result is a well-rounded wine, intense, warm and a reflection of the soil and the area of origin. A natural wine with notes of spices such as pepper, cardamom and chocolate, with an intense ruby color, made for those who love clear sensations, which go straight to the point.
