Vinificazione
L'80% della massa viene fatta fermentare spontaneamente in vasche d'acciaio inox e cemento e il 20% in tonneau usati con bucce e raspi. L'affinamento avviene negli stessi contenitori fino a primavera.
Profumo
Al naso notiamo sentori di frutta fresca a polpa gialla, pesca e lycis. Note di muschio ed erba fresca di sottofondo.
Gusto
Al palato risulta fresco, vibrante, ben equilibrato, di corpo. Persistente sul finale.

Perfetto per un piatto a base di pesce come il baccalà alla vicentina.
