Cuvée composed of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in approximately equal parts. The harvest takes place between the end of August and the beginning of September. The Pinot Noir is pressed very lightly while for the Chardonnay classic soft pressing. The crus are vinified separately in cement and assembled after the spring rest, at the moment in which the second fermentation begins. After a minimum aging of 60 months, it proceeds with the disgorging and for the topping up the same wine is used. Disgorging 02/24.
