Pelaverga in purity, grown just outside its chosen area of Verduno, planted by Grandfather Riccardo after he fell in love with it. In the glass it shows a light cherry-red color, while on the nose it is distinguished by a spicy and typical profile, dominated by black pepper and clear aromatic notes.
On the palate, the spicy sensations return with determination, accompanying an agile and characteristic sip that authentically expresses the soul of Pelaverga.
