Psyché by Macchion dei Lupi is a Tuscan red, the fruit of grapes from different harvests, starting well in advance of ripening.
The wine represents a happy meeting between the native vine of the territory (the Sangiovese) and one of the noblest and most widespread French varieties (the Cabernet Sauvignon). The character and freshness of the first, combined with the elegance and aromatic richness of the second, come together to create a harmonious expression . The Psychè offers a fresh and very drinkable wine, with a dry and crisp sip, with good structure and refined elegance.
