Nebula - Vermentino Toscana IGT 2023 Poggio Cagnano
Pure Vermentino from a young vineyard of 2016, exposed to the west at 400 meters above sea level, on soils of galestro and sand. Harvested by hand on September 18, it fermented spontaneously in cement after a brief maceration of two days on the skins. The refinement took place in cement and steel, without final filtration. Bright and tense, the nose offers notes of yellow fruit, white flowers and saline hints. The sip is vibrant, fresh and persistent. Production limited to only 3,800 bottles.
