Lune à Boire - Cremant d'Alsace Brut Nature SA Marc Kreydenweiss
Cremant d'Alsace Lune à Boire reflects the nature of the place. It is made from a blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay, typical Alsatian varieties that in these lands give elegant wines with a unique and unmistakable profile. Brut Nature crossed by a very fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory profile recalls notes of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and a pleasant note of brioche bread. The sip is taut, creamy and very balanced, with a sapid-mineral vein that relaunches a new taste. A sparkling wine for the whole meal that does not fear aging.
