Fermentazione spontanea in botti di legno da 600 litri per 2 mesi. Quindi viene imbottigliato. Rifermentazione spontanea in bottiglia a primavera con l’arrivo dei primi caldi. Vino non filtrato, senza solfti aggiunti.
Profumo
Esplosione di frutta tropicale, note agrumate, lime, pompelmo, arancia, mandarino.
Gusto
La bolla è fine e morbida, ha una bellissima acidità e un finale salino e di buona lunghezza.

Vino di una beva incredibile che può essere degustato come aperitivo o abbinato a piatti di pesce.

Spontaneous fermentation in 600-liter wooden barrels for 2 months. Then it is bottled. Spontaneous refermentation in the bottle in spring with the arrival of the first warm weather. Unfiltered wine, without added sulphites.
