Domaine des Cavarodes Mattard Rouge 2022 is a natural wine produced in the Jura by Étienne Thiebaud. Made from Gamay Noir grapes from vines aged between 15 and 115 years, it stands out for its fresh and vibrant character. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, without filtration or fining. On the nose it offers notes of red fruits and spices, while on the palate it is juicy and balanced. Perfect with cheeses and white meats. Limited production.
