An authentic wine, desired with indigenous yeasts, where you can feel all the strength of the ancient vines grown for over 50 years on these volcanic soils with only natural irrigation permitted by the neighboring forest that acts as a natural water basin. Here you can feel all the mature Garganega albeit with a different acidity, the strength of its fruits on the nose, the structure and minerality given by the terroir.
