We are in Roero, in Magliano Alfieri, Alessandro has been a producer in these Piedmontese lands since 2013; a winemaker trained as a family farmer, he began his career in the world of wine as a wine consultant, a job he dedicated himself to for twenty years. During this period he had the opportunity to compare himself with different realities, which contributed to giving him a very broad and specific vision of the world of wine: but above all he understood what he did not want to do. 2013 was the turning point, with the birth of his first daughter he banned synthetic chemicals in his vineyard; Alessandro now cultivates and vinifies 4.5 hectares of property with Nebbiolo, Barbera and Arneis grapes. The entire production is managed organically despite not having any certification. As our winemaker tells us: "I am natural at heart". The vinifications are all spontaneous without the use of chemical yeasts, very little sulfur and malolactic always carried out before bottling. As containers, in addition to the classic large oak barrels and concrete tanks, for some years it has also been using ceramic amphorae and some in Teva (ceramic and terracotta). Naturalness in the vineyard and precision in the cellar are the calling card of Le More Bianche.
