Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC 2022 The White More
Selection of Barbera grapes from older, higher-quality vineyards. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats, followed by aging in four different materials. The largest portion ages in oak barrels, which imparts roundness, balanced by a small percentage aged in acacia barrels and another small percentage in Tava, and an equal amount in ceramic, which amplify the fruity notes.
