Profumo
Il naso esprime aromi complessi di fiori bianchi e frutta matura a polpa gialla, agrumi polposi (pompelmo rosa), con una punta delicata di miele.
Gusto
Il sorso è ricco e si slancia da subito con buon equilibrio ed eleganza, evolvendosi su note fruttate e leggermente vegetali. Chiude lungo, lasciando la bocca pulita su richiami agrumati e minerali.
Abbinamento ideale
Ideale con piatti con vitello o pollo, si sposa bene anche su pesci e crostacei accompagnati da salse leggermente strutturate e formaggi di capra.
