Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, corked with the traditional mushroom cork. It maintains the natural deposit of its yeasts in the bottle and in the glass it appears slightly cloudy. Produced with grapes from a single vineyard, planted with the 4 native vines typical of the area: Glera, Perera, Bianchetta and Verdiso. It ages in the bottle for at least 6 months before being marketed. Produced in a limited quantity of 5,000 bottles.
