Vinificazione
L’uva viene diraspata e tenuta in infusione per circa 90 giorni. Segue l’affinamento con 3 anni in botti grandi e 2 anni in bottiglia.
Profumo
Al naso possiamo notare bacche di ginestro, more, frutta candita e fiori. Un turbinio di sensazioni ci affiorano grazie alla sua aromaticità.
Gusto
Al palato risulta fine ed elegante senza però tralasciare i tannini importanti e mai invasivi. Un crescendo di piacere e emozioni a ogni sorso.

The crown jewel of Barbacan production. We are located in the Alps with lands located at 500 to 600 meters above sea level with various terraces. The soils are sandy. The main blend of this wine product is Chiavennasca (90%) which is a type of Nebbiolo. This is followed by 10% of grapes composed of Rossola, Chiavennaschino and Pinola. The grapes are destemmed and left to infuse for about 90 days. This is followed by refinement with 3 years in large barrels and 2 years in the bottle. An austere and straightforward wine, more naked and shy than the Sòl, which knows how to give itself slowly but repays patience.
