Pinot Grigio Sialis is obtained from selected Pinot Grigio grapes from the historic Sialis cru, located on the high hill of San Floriano al Collio. Pinot Grigio Sialis is produced only in particular years with a careful selection of bunches and with very low yields. It has an intense coppery pink color with bright reflections. The bouquet is deep and complex: hints of fruit jam follow sweet and aromatic spicy tones of vanilla, ginger and mint. It has a small sugary residue that balances an inebriating freshness. On the palate it is harmonious: it has elegance and structure to sell and a very long finish.
