From 100% Cortese grapes grown on light clay soil. This straw yellow wine has floral and fruity aromas of broom flower, nectarine and apricot. A pleasant herbaceous note emerges from the background and with refinement the almond appears, typical of the grape variety. It is a versatile wine in combinations, excellent with all meals, dry with good and easy drinking, which expresses itself best in aperitifs and with fish and white meat dishes. Bricco Bartolomeo also presents an interesting evolution in the bottle in the three years following the harvest.
