Concrete wine is the latest arrival at De Fermo. It is obtained from a blend of all the white grapes present in the vineyard located at about 300 meters above sea level, harvested slightly before full ripening, fermented and refined in concrete tanks. In the vineyard, the precepts of biodynamics are strenuously followed, helping the plants with natural preparations and only a little copper and sulfur to obtain a high-level product, and as natural as possible.
