Sparkling wine produced from healthy and well-cultivated Glera grapes. The refinement lasts over 6 months in bottles laid out to allow the yeasts to express their flavor. With a refined taste, the bread crust stands out, a light hint of yeast and a final touch of ripe fruit. Strong structure makes this dry wine, without residual sugars, ideal as an aperitif. It is recommended to taste it with its own yeasts.
