Biondino di Biondo Jeo goes against the grain, right from the start. It does so already in the choice of denomination, renouncing the commercially attractive name of Prosecco to build its own path and identity. Produced in Monfumo among the Asolo hills starting from Glera grapes from young vines, recovered from old plants. A bouquet rich in intense fruity aromas, an excellent level of persistence and a marked freshness make it a high-level wine with a range of absolutely versatile pairings.
