Chardonnay from old vines planted on clay-limestone soils with blue and grey marls. A minimal intervention work that continues in the cellar through the production of an ouillé wine. That is to say, a typical production of the Jura region that consists of carrying out all the fermentation and aging in used barrels that are full, filling them as they lose liquid. After 12 months of aging, the wine is bottled. Crisp and salty, a pure reflection of the limestone soils from which it is born.
