Jeannot 2019 by Yann Durieux is the emblematic cuvée of Domaine Recrue des Sens, a personal tribute to the winemaker's grandfather. Produced from Pinot Noir organically grown in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the Les Dames Huguettes parcel, it is the result of natural vinification with spontaneous fermentation and aging for 24 months in barrique. Bottled without filtration or added sulphites, it best expresses the purity of the Burgundian terroir. Elegant, deep and complex, it offers aromas of ripe red fruits, spices and dried flowers, with a juicy, structured and vibrant mouth. A rare meditation wine with great evolutionary potential.
