The Veneto Rosso IGT Urban 2018 by Masiero is born from the selected and hand-picked bunches of Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, grown in the company-owned vineyard managed under a biodynamic regime, characterized by an average age of the rows of over 70 years and a calcareous soil. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in open wooden vats, where the grapes are left in contact with the skins for 30 days, and is followed by aging in large cement tanks for 12 months. No clarification or filtration is performed before bottling and the sulfur addition is strictly necessary, at minimum levels. A red with faithful territorial adherence, which combines power and refinement of details.
