Al naso Il fiore di rosmarino si porta dietro una riposante e leggiadra aria costiera, pienamente estiva.
Gusto
In bocca è ben calibrato tra la morbidezza, l’acidità che dialoga con il corpo fine e accogliente e un finale accattivante di rosa bianca.
Abbinamento ideale
Il modo carezzevole della Mosca bianca richiama una vellutata di ceci leggera e servita tiepida e qualche scampetto saltato in padella con rosmarino e zest di limone.
