Vitale Girardi cultivates one and a half hectares of vineyards on the hills of Farra di Soligo, on three different plots, but with very similar soil, subsoil and exposure. The soil is calcareous, medium-textured with conglomerate rock of marine origin. From here comes the only company wine, the Valdobbiadene DOCG, VITALE, a sparkling wine refermented in the bottle. A truly unique Col Fondo, the child of the 2019 vintage for a total of 5756 bottles. The label bears the imprint of all the wild herbs that grow in the vineyard, a territory to be protected and enhanced. On the nose it releases notes of pear, apricot, medicinal herbs, thyme and sage. On the palate it has a beautiful freshness and a beautiful savory and mineral vein. The bubble is fine, persuasive, very elegant.

We add that Vitale, in addition to making this splendid wine, follows his company Malga Ribelle, a closed circuit company, where he raises dairy cows, with which he makes (amazing) cheeses, the feed for the cows is produced on the farm and the manure is used to fertilize the vineyards.
