Fermentazione spontanea in acciaio di tutte le uve, una piccola parte delle quali in macerazione carbonica. Maturazione e affinamento per alcuni mesi.
Profumo
Composito, ricco, tra le serene sottigliezze di fragola e ciliegia e il coriaceo della corteccia e della terra.
Gusto
In bocca è sferzante grazie all’acidità ben amalgamata al sapore e al tannino tenace. Sanguigno, definito, godibile ma anche caratteriale.

Fresh and immediate red, Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Merlot and Carbernet Franc spontaneous fermentation in steel of all the grapes, a small part of which in carbonic maceration. Maturation and refinement for a few months. Summer wine, composite, rich, between the serene subtleties of strawberry and cherry and the leathery of the bark and the earth. In the mouth it is lashing thanks to the acidity well blended with the flavor and the tenacious tannin. Sanguine, defined, enjoyable but also characterful.
