Vinificazione
Le uve sono vinificate in acciaio con il solo utilizzo dei lieviti indigeni e una leggera macerazione sulle bucce, su metà della massa, della durata di uno o due giorni. Il vino si affina poi sulle fecce fini in acciaio per un periodo di almeno 6 mesi,
Profumo
Il bouquet esprime delicate note di fiori bianchi, aromi di frutta gialla, sentori di erbe della macchia mediterranea, sfumature iodate e marine.
Gusto
Al palato ha una buona struttura, con sorso succoso e rinfrescante, aromi maturi e bella vena sapida. La chiusura è piacevolmente balsamica.

Dynamic and refreshing white wine from Liguria made from Vermentino grapes, vinified in steel with a very short maceration on the skins for about half of the grapes.
