Camillo Donati has had two vineyards on lease since 2004, grown with both Tuscan and Romagnolo Trebbiano. The vineyards are Ovidio and Bottazza. The first was planted in 1968. It was in the 2004 harvest that Camillo decided to approach the winemaking of this grape for the first time; the results were more than satisfactory for himself, who overcame his doubts about the vine that was always little considered, and noted how satisfying nature can be when approached with humility and deep respect. The result is a wine that is nothing short of surprising, pleasant, graceful and at the same time with strong and well-defined aromas and flavors.
