Pure Sauvignon refermented in the bottle. The varietal of the vine comes out decisively, with intense aromas that emerge little by little: at first a little closed and austere, after a few minutes from the opening it opens up with floral and spicy hints. Enveloping and mineral in the mouth, with the typical aroma that comes out dominant.
