Champagne Cuvée Clément Brut Nature 2016 Christophe Lefèvre
Nicknamed "il metallino" (the metal one) due to its elegant pewter label, this Champagne represents an expression of absolute excellence. Made from a blend of Pinot Meunier (70%), Pinot Noir (20%), and Chardonnay (10%), it ferments in steel and used barriques, a choice that lends depth without losing precision.
The long 9-year aging on the lees guides the wine towards a rare maturity: upon disgorgement, a more complex, subtle, rounded, and generous Champagne emerges. The bouquet is broad and refined, with notes of candied fruit, vanilla, and honey, perfectly integrated into an elegant and persistent texture. A Champagne produced only in the best vintages, a product of time and patience.
