Saltarella - Colli Aprutini White IGT 2024 Podere San Biagio
White wine made from a harmonious blend of Passerina (50%), Trebbiano (20%), Pecorino (10%), Malvasia (10%) and Moscato (10%), with grapes harvested manually and vinified separately. Fermentation is spontaneous, without filtration or fining and with total absence of skin contact, to preserve purity and expressive immediacy.
The result is a refreshing, summery and fragrant wine, with a bright and spontaneous character, capable of engaging the nose, eyes and palate with natural lightness and joy. A smiling and dynamic white, designed for sharing. The name is a tribute to a traditional and folkloristic Abruzzo dance, to remind us that traditions must always be respected, celebrated and passed down.
