Vivavì is a red wine composed of 90% Magliocco and 10% Guarnaccino, from grapes coming from a vineyard located at about 350 meters above sea level, in an area with a warm and breezy Mediterranean climate. The grapes are harvested in the second half of October and then moved to the cellar where they undergo spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 9 days. The wine is then refined in steel for a few months. On the nose it is tantalizing with notes of small red berries, blackberries, cherries and berries, while on the palate it is rich, full-bodied but with velvety hints and slightly tannic: truly excellent with tasty cuts of meat and long-aged cheeses.
