The Valais Riesling x Sylvaner by Domaine de Beudon is a white wine made with the Riesling x Sylvaner grapes, the name given to the Muller-Thurgau grape variety in Switzerland. The vineyard of origin is about 1.6 hectares, cultivated according to biodynamic criteria, and rests on a terraced soil composed of sandy clay and moraine debris. The vines are about 30 years old and the grapes are harvested according to a strictly manual methodology.
