Valais Petite Arvine - Valais AOC 2020 Domaine De Beudon

The Valais Petite Arvine from the Domaine De Beudon winery is obtained from petite arvine grapes. The vineyard is cultivated according to biodynamic criteria and the soil is composed of sandy clay and moraine debris. The grapes are harvested manually and the vinification of the Valais Petite Arvine from Domaine de Beudon takes place in steel vats with only natural yeasts. It is refined on the fine lees always in steel, without undergoing any clarification or filtration. Produced in limited numbers: just 800 bottles.
