TRE Toscana IGT 2022 Ser'Enzo
TRE by Ser'Enzo was born in Lucignano d’Asso, in the municipality of Montalcino, between the Crete Senesi and Val d’Orcia, on the slopes of Mount Amiata. A territory of sandy loam soils and luminous landscapes that give tension and identity to the wines.
TRE is a pure Trebbiano Toscano, conceived as a territorial white with character. The choice of skin maceration, combined with harvesting at two distinct times from the same vineyard, allows for the combination of opulence and freshness, structure and verve. The result is a textural yet dynamic white, capable of evolving over time with great personality.

Part of the mass is harvested early and spontaneously fermented in steel. A second batch is picked at full maturity and macerated on the skins for 10 days. Blending and aging on the fine lees in a small steel vat. |

Unctuous yet zesty, with hints of white fruit and jasmine. Clean, crisp, and dynamic profile, with good persistence. |
