Testa Calda is Terre di Pietra's most recent cru, born from the vineyard on Monte Martinelli, the parcel that separates the Marcellise Valley from the center of Verona. Traditional Veronese grape varieties, concrete as the only container from fermentation to aging, minimal sulfites. A precise choice: no wood, no interference, only the fruit and the soil speaking. With almost two and a half years between concrete and bottle before release, Testa Calda is built to last, designed for those who have patience and want a Veronese red that goes beyond immediate drinkability.
