The modest growth of the old vines requires minimal intervention to adjust the yield. From the Schiava grape, cultivated with great care, a delicate red wine is born, which presents itself to the nose with a seductive scent of red berries, dried flowers and almonds. The balanced interplay between pleasant acidity and fruity taste gives this wine a surprising complexity and depth. Thanks to its spicy, finely bitter character, the wine pairs well with the most diverse dishes.
