Savagnin Pressé 2023 Domaine des Cavarodes
The 2020 Savagnin Pressé from Domaine des Cavarodes is a white wine produced by Étienne Thiebaud in the Jura region of France. Made exclusively from Savagnin grapes, the must was spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in old French oak foudres until bottling. The wine was bottled without the addition of sulphites, filtration or fining, to preserve its purity and the expression of the terroir. The result is a wine of great depth, energy and roundness, with remarkable persistence.
