SA Toscana IGT 2021 Ser'Enzo
The SA of Ser'Enzo was born in Lucignano d’Asso, in the municipality of Montalcino, between the Crete Senesi and the Val d'Orcia, on the slopes of Monte Amiata. A territory characterized by loamy-sandy and clay soils, gullies and biancane, where Sangiovese finds one of its deepest and most characteristic expressions.
SA is the heart of the Ser’Enzo project: a pure Sangiovese that interprets the territory with intensity and precision. The result of non-interventionist winemaking, the wine is born from a careful listening to nature and the enhancement of individual parcels. 2021, a warm and dry vintage, gave rise to a decisive yet elegant red, with an intense and enveloping tannic texture, capable of combining structure, freshness and evolutionary potential.
