Rosson - Amarone Della Valpolicella DOCG 2015 Stone Lands
Corvina 45%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 20%, Croatina 5%. Grapes carefully selected and dried for up to four months on wooden racks under a porch, with no controls or ventilation. Aged for four years in oak tonneaux.
It is a significant but not overly pleasing Amarone, with a low residual sugar content, around 5 g./liter: it captivates the nose, enveloping on the palate, and offers a pleasant drinkability, in addition to its persistence and silkiness on the palate. The grapes are dried for four months on wooden tables, then fermented and aged for 4 years in oak barrels. A bottle that represents the spearhead of all the production of the Terre di Pietra farm, and which is only produced in the most exceptional vintages: a great opportunity to discover a great wine.
