The color is an intense golden straw yellow with light green reflections. Floral aroma - jasmine and olea fragrans above all and fruity with a typical note that recalls the scent of bitter almond, but in which infinite vegetal hints are lost. The taste stands out for a rich mineral vein and a great softness of flavor; round, broad, velvety, pleasant to drink with a very balanced relationship between acidity and persuasiveness.
