An unprecedented wine identity. The native Lagrein grapes must be harvested at the precise point of ripeness to develop pulp, finesse and elegance under the dark skin. Pure Lagrein grapes, harvested from the area of Gries, Bolzano, on a vineyard at 260 meters above sea level with vines about 80 years old grown on alluvial soils of sandy and clayey porphyry with the presence of stones and gravel.

Fermentation takes place in the large wooden barrel spontaneously, in a completely natural and gentle manner. Malolactic fermentation takes place in tonneau barrels. The aging potential in the barrel is approximately 2 years. |
