Pinot Noir 2022 Claus Preisinger
The Pinot Noir by Claus Preisinger is one of the most elegant and subtle interpretations of Burgenland. Coming from biodynamically cultivated vineyards along the shores of Lake Neusiedl, it is born from a minimalist approach that favors spontaneous fermentations and vinifications in amphora and used wood.
In the glass, it presents a clear and brilliant ruby red. The bouquet is delicate and refined, with notes of crisp cherry, wild strawberries, withered rose, and light spicy nuances. On the palate, it is juicy, fresh, and dynamic, with very fine tannins and a long, savory, and harmonious finish.
A natural, elegant, and territorial Pinot Noir, combining the fragrance of the fruit with vibrant mineral freshness.
