Pimi Bianco from Cantina Le Quattro Volte is a white wine made from Malvasia and Greco grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks with skin maceration for about 24 hours, followed by aging for a few months in concrete. No fining or filtration. It offers a floral bouquet of acacia and jasmine, notes of orange and tropical fruit, honey and toasted fruit. The sip is rich and satisfying, supported by well-balanced acidity that leads to a long and savory finish.
