Orientale Sicula is the rosé from Etnella, a delicate and territorial interpretation of Nerello Mascalese. It originates on the north-eastern slopes of Etna, from 70-year-old Nerello Mascalese vineyards cultivated on volcanic soils, where the grape maintains a natural acidic tension and a strong mineral imprint. The winemaking is essential and respectful: short skin contact, spontaneous fermentations, and no forcing, to allow the most elegant and transparent side of Nerello to emerge. The result is a rosé that shuns any concession to aromatic ease.
Orientale Sicula is a rosé of great finesse, capable of expressing Etna with lightness and precision, without losing depth.
