Orange di Abbazia San Giorgio is a white wine macerated for 15 days on the skins, coming from ancient bush vines of Zibibbo cultivated on the black soil of Pantelleria using ancient ancestral methods. It presents itself with a hazy orange hue and smells of Pantelleria: sweet notes of apricot, citrus peel, dried fruit, and honey intertwine with salty and mineral tones. The sunny and Mediterranean freshness, the refined sapidity, and the caressing tannin emphasize the sip with rhythm and vitality.

Diraspatura e pigiatura. Fermentazione spontanea con lieviti indigeni; macerazione sulle bucce 15-20 giorni, senza aggiunta di solforosa. Affinamento 6 mesi, parte in acciaio e parte in botti di castagno.
