Notti Stellate - Terre Siciliane IGT 2021 Etnella
Notti Stellate is an intense, complex, and very mineral wine, made from ungrafted, bush-trained Nerello Mascalese and Cappuccio vines at an altitude of approximately 800 meters on Mount Etna, aged for 10 months in chestnut barrels. Sweet spices, wild berries, and Mediterranean herbs enrich a pleasantly tannic and saline personality, with great expressive power and aging potential.
