Non Tradition Grüner Veltliner 2023 Christian Tschida
Christian Tschida's Non-Tradition is a bold interpretation of Grüner Veltliner, Austria's iconic grape variety. This wine comes from two single Grüner Veltliner parcels (one limestone, the other on a steep schist slope), both south-east facing, overlooking the lake. They are vinified separately to culminate in a multidimensional experience on the palate. The temptation to bottle the wines separately was immense, but ultimately the magic of blending prevailed, resulting in a truly captivating aromatic dimension and layered taste.
