Vendemmia manuale con selezione delle uve. Pressatura e fermentazione spontanea con lieviti indigeni. Macerazione sulle bucce per 4-5 giorni in anfore di terracotta. Affinamento per circa 6 mesi nelle stesse anfore.
Profumo

The nose is complex and pleasant, with floral notes, fruity hints, and even earthy nuances. Very pleasant saline note.
Gusto

In the mouth, it has great depth while remaining very dynamic, mineral, and supported by freshness that balances the rich matter expressed by the maceration.
