Nebbiolo Langhe DOC 2024 Castrum Roche
The Nebbiolo Langhe DOC 2024 from Castrum Roche is the most immediate and sincere expression of the project by Isacco Costamagna, a young winemaker from La Morra. It originates from the Torriglione terrace, one of the most striking amphitheatres in the Langhe, overlooking the Rocche dell’Annunziata, where light, wind, and clear soils create Nebbiolos of great finesse.
Isacco opts for an essential winemaking process, without selected yeasts or corrective interventions, to allow space for the fruit and the character of the place. The result is a Nebbiolo that prioritizes elegance, smoothness, and drinkability, far from any idea of power or construction.
A young Nebbiolo, yet already well-balanced, capable of recounting La Morra with grace and immediacy, and offering a contemporary and authentic interpretation of the grape variety.
